Target Participants:
Youth aged 14-18 in Kiira Municipality, Uganda
Program Objectives:
- Enhance participants’ self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Develop effective communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written).
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultivate leadership qualities and teamwork skills.
Evaluation:
Pre and post program assessments to measure participant growth.
Feedback from participants and facilitators.
Observation of participant behavior and interactions.
